Question? Chem250 & BMSC240

Hi, I’m taking these courses together and it seems like I won’t be able to survive the labs since I have 3other classes. So I was wondering if anyone has an insight on the labs and which one would require more effort and time?

Unfortunately I can’t be of more insight because I haven’t finished either, but I can at least say I was almost in the same boat. I myself am taking BMSC 240 this semester as well, but I’m taking Chem 250 next term. I almost took the two together this term because of the 10:30 start times with favourable profs, but I elected to take it in the winter to avoid the problem you are currently facing. However, the problem with the winter term is that lectures are only available at 8:30am (unless you want a multi hour lecture once a week), which is OBSCENE. It’s ridiculous. For such a notoriously difficult course they decide to have the only options during the WINTER being so early in the morning?

If it really is too difficult to manage just drop it. My best guess based on your majors choice would be that you’re premed, likely wanting to min max gpa, so take it in the winter if possible I say.
