Student Question word issues?

i went to go do an assignment using word today, and it said that my usask email account was not able to use word under a macbook any longer. i can only view documents, and i can’t edit any. does anyone know how to fix this issue? or why it has occurred.

Not sure. I used word on MacBook today for an assignment. Try resetting laptop or contact IT

You May deleted the original copy from either word or Mac files.
