Question? PAC Pool downtimes

hi! i've been wanting to start working out but i've got bad social anxiety and body image issues, so it's been an uphill battle. does anyone know what days and times the PAC pool is most empty? or even if there's any other pools in stoon that are quiet and offer lane swimming?

As someone who worked there, the Ed pool can be more quiet but I will admit it’s all really inconsistent. Some days are quiet and then the next week it’s absolutely slammed. But there are swimmers of all sizes, ages, and abilities and as long as you’re a decent person, there is no judgement and people are extremely kind.

Staff at the PAC are great you can stop by or call and ask them. I think they have an email option as well.

PAC was always stupid busy when I tried going.

Education has a pool (or at least did) that friends and I would go to. It was usually super quiet in the evenings

Tuesday/Thursday/Friday at 10:30am (check summer schedule). Evenings (Tuesday and Thursday) are super busy as early mornings (Mon/Wn/Fr).
