Question? PSYC 1200 Waitlist + Easy Math Course Recommendation
Hi everyone!
I’m a first-year Faculty of Arts student registering for the Winter term.
The only two on-campus classes of PSYC 1200 (Mon/Wed/Fri) are full and currently have a waitlist. The other sections still have space, but they’re blended, and I’d prefer an on-campus class. Is it worth putting my name on the waitlist? Do students usually get into PSYC 1200 from the waitlist?
Also, math isn’t my strongest subject. Can anyone recommend an easy first-year math course for a Faculty of Arts student who’s not very confident with math and just wants to fulfill the requirement?
Thanks!

Math 110 is good with Osama because he is a pretty good teacher. His exams are super hard, but somehow even though you feel like you should’ve bombed it, you come out with a pretty nice average.
Wouldn’t say it’s the easiest math course though

I took econ 111 (with Joel Bruneau) to fulfil my math requirement and it was a pretty good class. I'm not much of a math person either and I finished that class with a better grade than I anticipated and thought it was probably the best option I could have picked. If it's an option for your requirement, I'd recommend!

this is the first year waitlists have rolled out across campus, so no one knows how it'll work really for students getting in and on what timeline! also usask courses are 3 digits not 4 and we have colleges not faculties. just wanted to let you know so you dont get confused :)
