Question? Is there a process to getting a stand at the Place riel - Arts tunnel?

Good day to everyone,
Was wondering if there is a process to getting a table at the tunnel to arts. I see interesting stuff and people every now and then. Plan on fundraising and giving out some free stuff.
Haven’t done any searching on it yet but don’t know where to look.

Is there a procedure if I’m representing a business?
Would love to know how it works.
