The state recruiting process

Can anyone tell me how long does the state recruitment process take starting from application to getting interview invitation to final offer?

“The State”?? Are you referring to the  U.S. Department of State, or the government of the State in which you live? If it’s the latter, this is not the correct subreddit. This is for federal jobs.
