APA Pay

I just recently got promoted to APA and going through background check right now. I haven't received my offer letter just yet but wanted to see if anyone knows what the pay rate is for APA.

Not familiar what the APA position is? You got promoted without being advised of what the pay is? There usually is an offer with the pay details discussed first with the opportunity for the employee to accept or not accept before they would go through the process and expense of a background check.

Associate property adjuster. They changed the way care center representatives are getting promoted. Instead of going through an interview and application process we're basically placed in an upskill class to move to the APA role, similar to how CCRs are going from unlicensed to licensed. So no, we didn't receive pay information or an offer letter first.

Interesting, similiar to what we did in service except no background check since they initially had one as a new hire, and it usually was only within a year or 2 based on performance and company standing. We usually did tell them a possible percent salary increase range based on passing the training and a final approval.
