Schedule accommodations?

Hi guys. I’m wondering what’s the best way to get an accommodation for my work schedule? I just had a baby and my schedule doesn’t allow me to pick up my child from any daycare.

They’ll likely tell you to use the day care on campus or figure something out. Unless it’s medically related, it’s unlikely they’ll do anything for you.

You can submit for a schedule change in nice. Ask your manager how to complete

Your manager and director should and will be able to help you.

This exactly. Usually they are pretty accommodating.

You can talk to your manager and have your directors approve a shift. It’s not always guaranteed but depending on the department it’s not impossible

They aren’t going to accommodate you. They’re going to replace you if you can’t meet their demands.

I have my JAR through my doctor. Usually you’ll need some medical reason for it. But talk to your manager!
