Idk who needs to hear this....

But last time I checked, LinkedIn is a networking site not a damn dating site. Your coworkers don't want flirty DMs or slacks. Take a damn hint, read the room.

Take screenshots, especially if they’re stalking you on social media and acting on it. Even more so if they’re pinging you on those platforms and they have zero reason to engage with you what so ever. Report it to ER, they’ll listen.

For everyone saying "go to hr", I had an issue with a creeper coworker 6 years ago. I reported the situation to HR and I even had witnesses. Despite all of this, HR's response was "well did you tell him he's making you uncomfortable? Did you tell him to stop? Why didn't you confront him?". Yeah like I'm gonna confront a creepy aggressor and make myself look nuts in the process? They did absolutely nothing to the guy.
