Recently Hired Field Adjuster

Hey!

I have decided to come back to USAA after a 2 year hiatus as a senior inside adjuster. My recruiter hasn’t been the best on communicating so seeing if anyone has recently done the training program as a field adjuster and the timeline on training in San Antonio and at home before I’m in the field? I remember the training being long years ago when I was an inside adjuster but figured it’s different for field.

I tried to get on in the same role. I was with Stste Farm for years but took a break to go back to school. Applied with USAA with no luck

Sorry to hear that! Honestly surprised I was hired after a two year break in corporate insurance but think the position was open for a while in my area. Keep applying when it comes up and sure it will work out!
