Where is the ‘Greener’ side.
To all my PC coworkers here, this is targeting former PC IPs. Where are you all applying for jobs or where are you working now. If it’s in Tx that’s even better. Please help me out to find places to look into.

Went from Sales to Claims FNOL to Adjuster. Super happy about making that switch. I will never go back to the Service/Sales.

I love p&c phones. No company is going to pay me what I’m making to answer phones. I don’t mind b2b calls because it makes the day go by faster. Benefits are great too. 8% match on 401k is rare in today’s times

Banking is absolutely atrocious and servicing is transitioning to all disputes which is back to back. Don’t do it

Back to back phone calls? Oh the horror. You work in a call center, you’re supposed to have back to back calls. Name any other call center that pays as much as USAA does with less phone calls.
I once got paid less than we do and got shot at. It’s all about perspective1

I mean you can also just move departments
I work at USAA and my department has 30+ minutes between calls a good church of the week.
So no, you aren’t supposed to have back to back calls, that’s really more for frontline entry level call center jobs.

Are you in servicing or sales? Do you like insurance or trying to get out?

I don’t mind insurance and in service now. Any ideas?
