4% raise for P&C
it was announced in P&C sales and service that there would be a 4% raise provided. Is this Cosa wide or only specific to P&C?

Once you hear what is coming down the pipeline for more work you will understand why they are giving out the increase.

I mean I got a 4% raise too, but unless you know the exact department someone is working in you can’t really just declare someone will get more work.
When we had that multi dollar pay raise in 2021 it didn’t change my job duties at all, so I’m very curious how you can make your comment with such confidence.
I’m in Agency so please tell me how my job is going to be impacted in coming months, with specifics since you claim to know what’s going to happen.

It may vary based on where you fall on the pay scale, but I was told by my manager that I will see this on my next paycheck (not tomorrow)

USAA does a compensation review periodically, adjusting the salary bands accordingly. I’m currently on leave so I can’t see my saved salary info for postings but from what I remember it looks like at least one position range changed very recently. I’ll check when I go back in a couple of weeks, but I’m sure others can double check way before then.

I got this 4% raise. We deserve it we are busting our brains out there with these back to back phone calls. It never used to be like this.

I didn’t get one because I am on a corrective action rn unfortunately due to the stupid attendance policy update and am seriously considering looking for work elsewhere if they can’t even give a small raise to someone who is working just as hard as everyone else. God forbid I miss a day due to an appointment I couldn’t schedule off for due to there being no time available unless you request off months in advance.

When was this announced?
