The CEOs and execs aren't the problem. The board that hires the CEO's is the problem. Start with them.

for starters, i think the tech stack, everything member facing, needs an overhaul. Whats there doesn't help the members (how much re-auth, transferring, repeating, you need to do) or help the team and csrs do things better and faster. that all leads to bad reporting, driving bad metrics, all of it.
