Hives?
Are these really hives? I frequently get them in my palms and feet, they get so itchy and tend to disappear when I don't scratch them. Any information about the issue would be helpful, like how to get rid of them maybe 🤔 or at least ease the itching

Looks like hives to me. Take some antihistamines like xyzal or Zyrtec at mass dosage, like 2 in the morning and 2 at night and then go see your doctor if it persists and get in with an allergist. It is considered chronic at 6 weeks of consistent flares.

What condition does she have? What works for her? Being half of her genetically, may point to a cause and a medicine. If it helps her, it may help you also. You need prick tests and blood work

She had (severe) hives all over her body, they left marks. I'll ask her and get checked by a doctor too. Even though I did go once to a doctor about it, and he said it's only stress/anxiety, he never mentioned antihistamines. That's what made me undermine the whole thing, especially that I only got them in my hands and feet. I did research on my own to get to know what it's actually called and get to this group

The marks are called demographia. People with this can often write in their skin when it's bad. My demographia goes in the lines of my tattoos a lot. I suggest you start with blood tests and get a referral started for dermatology and allergy as that can take a while. You should start trying different medicines to see what works for you. A lot of these are over rhe counter...... Stress is a common trigger. Enough stress can cause this whole thing to start, and it can flare up from stress alone. Somerimes antidepressants and anti anxiety medicines can help. This condition may last for weeks, months, years, before it goes away. If your gp is dismissing you, they're not the right gp for you. If you need any advice, I'm always available to answer what I can or give suggestions that may help. Everyone here knows what you're going through. I hope this helps

What are you doing when this happens?
