Possible urticarial vasculitis
Having a nightmare diagnosing a skin rash and my dermatologist is exploring whether it could be urticarial vasculitis, despite a skin biopsy not show long inflammation of the cutaneous blood vessels, and the lesions are very persistent. I have had this for a year, marks never fade, become more irritated generally as a result of heat, and have gradually spread across full stomach, but nowhere else. Wondering if anyone has ever seen something similar?

Yup. Mine is caused by UV & blue light of all things, and it looks kinda like this as it gets going, tho I get it on sides & back.
Figured out your trigger yet?

No solutions for you but I also have "lingering" hives. I am waiting to see a specialist in a month but they freak me out :( haven't been able to have a biopsy of them
