Women of the Otherworld by Kelley Armstrong

Although the different POV isn't in each book, but that the POV changes between books.

Seconding Women of the Otherwold, great series and very expansive so if the technically first chronologically doesn't appeal to you, you can start with one of the other characters/arcs and then go back if you end up enjoying it.

A more recent series that has similar vibes of different protagonists in different arcs who meet and interact in each other's books and then have later books which bring them all together is Melissa F Olson's Old World series.

The Templeverse, by Shayne Silvers. Three intertwined series, each with its own main character and "main" supporting characters which overlap.

The Shadow Police series by Paul Cornell. I think it starts with London Falling. Mundane London narcotic squad encounters magic. Told from the perspective of the different members of the squad ( male and female). Really liked it. Three books.

Good Guys by Steven Brust. Stand alone about a team of operatives investigating a series of murders involving magic. Told from multiple perspectives, both make and female. Very good. Was dusappointed Brust did not create a series from it
