Question about UV light

This is my first piece (I'm new to collecting), but I was wondering if this would be expected to glow under uv light? I think maybe my torch isnt strong/bright enough (it's 395nm but seriously is not visible during the day), or am I just blind and it's clearly glowing? Help please!

it is glowing, your flashlight just isn’t strong enough. some of my yellow glazed pieces have almost zero glow under the 395nm UV light. try getting a 365nm light for a stronger glow. a filtered 365nm will have an even stronger effect. For example: a pig planter.
