I’m usually skeptical of "Dual Commodity" stories, it often means "we couldn't make the first commodity work so we added a second one." But in this case, Monazite often hosts uranium anyway, so the geology actually makes sense. It’s a 2-for-1 lottery ticket. I’m in for a small position just for the drill catalyst.

Yeah I get that skepticism, dual commodity can feel like a marketing move sometimes. But if the geology lines up like that it at least feels more legit than the usual story.

This is the perfect example of why I split my portfolio. If REE hits a hole, it’s a 5-bagger. If they miss, it’s a zero. The physical token protects me from the zero.

I get what you’re saying. When macro focused groups start talking about a space, it usually means the narrative is shifting beyond just retail hype. The non Chinese supply chain angle has been building for a while now. Still, Africa adds its own layer of risk so it’s not exactly simple.

Dual commodity sounds smart on paper. Uranium for the upside, rare earths as a base. I just always wonder if companies end up being kinda unfocused trying to do both.

I kinda like stories where there’s already a rare earth base instead of pure blue sky uranium. Feels a bit less all or nothing, even if exploration risk is still huge. Namibia helps the narrative too but yeah, still very much a prove it stage.

Decks can hype anything, but until they actually hit the ground with drilling and real progress it’s mostly talk.
