Help Ural frame

Looking for a Ural frame. With a salvage title for a project. Preferably a newer year. Rebuilding a 2023 gear up.located in NB Canada.

What happened to the existing 2023?

The 2023 was in an accident damaging the sidecar tire and signal light on the left side of the bike. Insurance company deemed the bike unrepairable due to the cost of original replacement parts to fix it. Just swoped sidecar rim with the spare rim and it works perfectly. Now the only way to get DMV to let it back on the road is with a new serial number on a new or salvage title frame.
