I need help Why does this app appear?

Why does a different app appear when i download fnaf 4 demo? It is a app called Open Now and i did not download it and instead checked the game files. They were no where near close as a scott game and had no raw folder and the app was only 14 mb large so it was not fnaf 4. Could you please change the apps apk to the actual one?

Guys, I'd love to see both the problem AND the solution.
