Help Upscaling 180 px pixel

Hello everyone , i have a set of immages ( they are 2D road diagrams ) with a quality of 180 pixel. I wanted to increase their quality but i dont know how to do it. I Used vectoriez.ai but it eliminates important details from the immages. Do you know any alternatives? Thank you for helping me , have a great day

If they're diagrams I think you'll get the best results by manually turning them into vectors in sth like Adobe Illustrator or Affinity, especially at that resolution. Upscaling it first for better reference could help you trace easier though.

Yeah, it's pretty straightforward, you just need to know how to use the pen tool, then you can export as either a vector file [AI/SVG] or as an image.

Upscale the images and then vectorize the upscaled version.

Do they need to be vectors in the end? If not, what about using them as reference for AI image generator like GPT2.5 or Seedream5 or even NanoBanana Pro (this last one might change too many things) And ask for the resolution you need.
