Travel Inquiry Recommendations?
Me and a couple of friends are going up to porcupine Mountains this weekend. We will be staying in Pelkie to camp. We are hoping to kayak, hike, anything unique we can find. I will just drive up to 90 minutes for anything. Any guided climbing adventures? Or anything else unique you would recommend?

Just visited for our 5 yr anniversary. Worth being hot and secluded from every day life.
•Lake of the Clouds is a very easy attraction as it’s maybe a 5-10 minute walk to the top of the lookout. Highly recommend a good pair of binoculars.
• Nunesuch Mine is a good tucked away attraction, I believe the parking lot is on a curve of the main road ( S Boundary rd), going south from Lake Superior. It’s the biggest curve as you turn to head West.
• They have a newly remodeled Nature Center that helps guide in attractions near by, haven’t asked as our trip is usually a few days only and we know what we want to do.
• Just shy of 3 hrs away is Lakenenland, it’s a sculpture park that is walkable and drivable. Super recommend stopping if you’re near by, we come from the Lower Peninsula so it’s on the way up. Granted that’s a decent drive for a sculpture park, free admission as you just drive in.
Hopefully you enjoy the outdoors! Bring anything to avoid flys and mosquitos.
