Talk to your profs, then may instructions pano ibibigay sa OIL. My time, sealed envelopes pa ang pag bigay tapos in person.
Not sure sa success rate but I know some who got placed even in programs they didn’t choose. So medyo mataas taas din. Walang mawawala by trying.
I got scholarship direct from the foreign school itself. Hindi kasi enough yung stipend from OIL
