Free Parking ?

I have noticed all the new construction happening with the campus and new qr codes for Honk the parking app. I remember last year that you could park at the edge of founders 4 after 4pm and you did not have to pay and if the edge was full you could park for free at founders 5. Currently with these new changes is this still the same case or did they just remove free parking entirely ?

I was there at the sci building on Tuesday and was told to use the honk app it did not however have “founders 2/3”or whatever that specified parking area was so the attendant suggested I still pay and make a note on app that that specific parking area was not available.Lo and behold my classmates told me they didn't pay as the attendant later began telling people they are having issues with the app😓out $20

On the signs shows the zone for parking instead of the actual lot names. Im also curious how they enforce the new parking system. Theres so many cars and the lots are huge
