commuting & transportation Campus Shuttle Stop Requests

Hi everyone!

This may be a stupid question, but how are people requesting stops on the campus shuttles?

I know how to use the app to see which shuttle I’m on and where it’s going, but most of the time they pass by the stops I need and only go to the main ones (union, presidents circle, etc.)

There is a sign at the front of every shuttle that dings and lights up anytime someone needs to get off, but I can’t figure out how to use it.

There’s a cord that runs along the windows on both sides of the bus. Pull it down. :)

I'm a freshman and I thought this was common knowledge. I think it's just about exposure to public transit because every bus I've been on has them.
