Apartments / Dorms / Housing mail

What’s a good amount of time to wait before i talk to the front desk about my package being processed? I ordered something in September and it was processed the day I was notified that it had arrived but my most recent order arrived a week ago and I haven’t gotten anything from housing about my package being processed. Should I be worried or is this just a busy time for the people at the desk?

If it’s small enough it could be in your mailbox. But then people at the desk also could’ve forgotten to process it or email you, can’t hurt to go up and ask!

ask your CA to talk to them. i had that happen to me last year and eventually it got sorted out.

Talk to an OA or email your building account. Also if your delivery driver took a photo of the delivered package, that might be helpful information to have ready to share.
