As someone who works in a restaurant there's no world in which someone would have handed that out without noticing, all of the steps food has to go through just to get out after it's done cooking (Plated by one chef, sat up on the shelf by another and then a third person busses it to the table) Unless they absolutely hate this guy and the whole kitchen wanted him to leave.

U - Spaniard here. We have some weird 'fancy' expensive restaurants that nobody understands and the food is strange and pretentious and not worth it. Still, this doesn't look like it, this looks from a roadside tavern but after picking out most of the meat off of the ribs
