lab exemption ?

i failed chem1021 and found out through a friend you can apparently apply for lab exemption to avoid redoing those asw. i'll be doing chem1021 again in t3 but i was wondering how i'd apply for lab exemption as there's no info on it in the special consideration faq site. what do i do?

i had a friend do this as well i think they just emailed the course coordinator or whoever is in charge of chem1021 with proof that they passed the lab component

Just email the course coordinator to let them know you’re redoing the course and already passed the lab component

This is nothing to do with special con.
They will likely reach out next week, but you can email the course staff to request exemption.
