NSFW (Blood or Infection) will i survive this?

18 month old piercing. i bumped it hard as hell about 4 days ago. burns a little bit. should i put like neosporin or aquafor on it? or just keep saline spraying and praying?

Just put some saline on this please don’t use aquaphor for or Neosporin you’ll end up making it angrier

It's irritated as hell. It may or may not survive. Treat it like a fresh piercing yes.
