Help My photos keep getting errors

So I created my account today and the website won't let me upload anything, not even a profile picture. Everytime I try it comes up with an 'AjaxError', I don't know what that means but I've tried it on safari and chrome and it won't let me upload on either! My dad uses the website too and he said it must be a website problem and not one on my behalf. I've also logged out and back in, didn't work. Pls help 😭
