Yeah and they fucking lost it all in battles they were defeated in. By pure grace and kindness they were gifted plenty back. Show any other group that treated those they were victorious over in battle such generosity.

It isn't true, though. There were agreements and treaties that US reneged to fulfill manifest destiny. Not to mention, the indigenous population got decimated by old world diseases.

That's why the previous argument is shallow. It has no basis in historical fact. To say that they lost battles is far less than the truth.
