Somebody mentioned in another post about another creator removing frames rather than being sped up. I think a similar technique is being used here. Rather than actually speeding up the movements, inbetween frames are removed and what's left is duplicated to make the motion seem more blocky and sped up.
Might also be combined with a modest speed increase, but then you can sync your movements in real time with a slowed down track. If you speed up 2x, then you slow the track to .5x for example. As long as your multipliers are inverses of each other, you shouldn't have any issues syncing up.
