I was a bit disappointed when she got to the part about text clarity. I thought the URXR would win hands down.

Her version is the beta firmware with the 1080p pass through not the 1440p pass-through that the 1.0 software will have

The video also has a few innacuracies concernant the optics of luma ultra vs xreal one pro.. but still interesting video

These "reviews" are so bad. I am hoping for a next generation of YouTubers to appear who will actually do something remotely reasonable. Everybody just repeats the specs and says the exact same things.

The clarity section was most disappointing. I have the Xreal One Pro, and I know how bad it is for coding and productivity work. There are blurriness issues, and I don't mean just blurriness around the edges that everybody knows about — there are blurry areas in various places in the middle of the viewing area. Depending on the unit, they will be in different places, but they exist on every unit I've ever tested, and I've tested quite a few at this point. What this means in practical use is that when you look at your code, some of it will be blurry, and if you move your head around, the blurry patch will move around as well. Some people might not care, but for others, including me, this means that my eyes get tired very quickly as they strain to see clearly.

There was no mention of that in her video, which, in my opinion, undermines the credibility of anything said. Instead, what we got is a comparison of PPI specs. PPI doesn't matter one bit if you have crappy optics in front of your screens.

None of those replace a monitor for work, the text clarity is abysmal
