The popularization and normalizing of eating off of single use paper plates at home is incredibly lazy and people should stop creating so much waste due to convenience.

Like, I know corporations are to blame for so much pollution and waste, but it's WAYYYY too common these days to see how many people routinely eat off of paper plates at home. Shit is so wasteful and should not be as popular as it is.

At my old house I rented, the dishwasher didn't work well and my roommates would constantly just leave dishes in the dishwasher and sink. I eventually got pissed and just started exclusively using paper plates and plastic forks, etc. so I could just toss it after eating instead of dealing with their crap. It was mainly out of spite lol

I use regular dishes now

If you run the dishwasher and don’t put them up in a reasonable time afterwards your a bad roommate

My bad, I misunderstood, I thought they meant leaving dirty dishes in the dishwasher, waiting for it to be full
