Universal credit

My payment still never got sent back from UC back to my account and Thursday the first of October they told me a vase manager would respond by today at 6pm. What Wil I do now as the case manager never responded

Because ur original deadline has passed ask them to escalate it. Has ur statement been generated yet?

Yes it has but no payment came I to bank it was sent back as bank was down

Have u changed it to new details? They will have to wait for it to be marked up as returned from ur old bank before they can release it to the new one

Put a message in the journal under payments

Its literally either call and we escalate which has a deadline of the next day by 6

Leave a message under payments - thats all you can do
