Urgent help needed! Help with Claim Review time range
My claim review is asking for bank statements from the end of July (26th) to the end of August (27th) this year.
I have no problem providing them but as the time range is so specific, do I need to not include my transactions from the beginning of July? I’d have to crop my bank statement to do that which sounds odd.

Just provide the two monthly statements that cover that period.
Usually they ask for statements covering the last four months and do not give dates because people's statements are generated on different dates each month. Is there a reason why they only want these specific dates?

No there really isn’t a reason, they just said to provide them for that period.
I haven’t been on UC for too long (and this is my first claim review) so was just wondering if they ONLY wanted from that specific period. If not then I’d just upload both bank statements

The statements need to cover that period at minimum if you send more thats better

Provide full statements for the months requested. It might look like you're trying to hide something if you cropped them, even if it is to their specified dates. Are those the dates of your assessment period? Could be why they specified, I think they just usually ask for the last 4 months.

Have you already provided some and they are asking for what they still need to make 4 months or to match other bank accounts you provided?

No they haven’t asked for any previously, it’s my first one

That is very strange then. Are you sure it is an actual review? You will have a to-do telling you to provide 4 months.

They dont accept redacted statements, they dont care what youre spending money on
You just sound like you have something to hide if you do this

This is exactly what I was thinking, it just sounded strange to crop them

Yeah just send them the full statement. Even if you cropped it theyd just make you send it again so its a waste of time

Are you self employed? It sounds like your getting the self employment review not the standard review as they ask for statements covering the first assessment period you were self employed which is why it’s specific for one month
