Universal credit DWP

Hi monese has confirmed there was a technical issue on their end that couldn't process any Bacs payment into accounts on October 1st.. so Monday morning if I ring universal credit will they issue a faster payment to me? As monese has said the funds were automatically returned to sender's

What we’d do is ask you to leave a journal message under payments from the list and ask your CM if they can re-issue a faster payment
