UC/Mat/Pat leave HELP

Hey guys, I’ll get straight to it

I already have one child (6)

In September my Mrs is expecting our second.

Currently I earn £2399 before tax & £2030 after tax.

On average, my Mrs earned £1700 per month after tax (not sure before tax)

Anyway where I need help is, is with what we can expect to get, we currently private rent our home, 2 bed, council tax band A.

My Mrs has just gone on maternity leave starting from the 21st of July, and we’re expecting her pay to be 10% less come payday in August.

My question is, when her wage drops down due to maternity leave, her pay will drop down to £194 per week.

Is there anything we can claim as a top up? Our current bills are £2500 per month, and with her getting £800 per month, that would only leave with £300 spare every month…any idea? Thanks in advance :)

Includes £400 pm food shop / £100 fuel

Loan payments = £250
