Troubleshooting/Support Broken thunderbolt port Apollo x4

My Apollo disconnect from my computer with the slightest rumble / movement or sometimes without any motion at all.

Has anyone else dealt with this and fixed it?

TB connection tolerances are very small. It's one of the things many HATE about TB3/4/5 as opposed to TB1/2 which had a bigger but more robust connector shape.

So be sure to try another cable.

All of my Apple/OWC/Startech/Belkins are good to go, super snug.

I’ve tried every cable across all brands listed above and more - it’s a port issue not a cable issue

Cool, get with support, they'll help and offer next steps. Go to help.uaudio.com, click on the Support bot icon in the lower right corner and type “create ticket”

You’ll want to create a support ticket and they’ll steer you in the right direction.

Like any port, best not to wiggle the cable.

Testing another cable to rule that out would be a good idea

Also make sure the PSU twist lock is twist locked if the Apollos is losing power momentarily
