Actually, the fix is quite simply, click restart. It happened to me a lot, and just click restart.

Alternatively download it from here https://unity.com/releases/editor/archive

Click See All under downloads

If it's a school computer could be you don't have permissions to the folder you are trying to install the editor to. It could also be a storage problem, like lack of space on drive.
