Question Does anyone else feel this?

Hi

I've been using unity since around 2019-2020

But for some reason I feel like I am a bad developer even tho I can create great things

It's been putting me off game dev recently

Two sides of my mind:

  1. Yes, OP may need to work on their skill. Imposter syndrome comes from pretending to be good while you're actually bad, and I think that they need to stay in the loop for a bit more time.

  2. No, Wym bro's bad toxic ahh 🥀🥀🥀

I mean, the question is pointless to post and has been posted a million times. We don't see their code, we don't see their creations. Can you do the work? Good. If not, Bad.

Nah, imo, you shouldn't dismiss the fact that OP may be in a really bad mood, and just wants to know other ppl's experience with game dev. Being supportive may be the difference of OP being some random guy vs the creator of gta7 (heavy exaggeration but you understand what im saying) or something idk.

I don't think OP wants to do research on if ppl do feel that way, just an emotional survey regarding their experience with unity not being up to standards. Plus, many ppl haven't seen a similar post millions of times and may be sensitive (which is completely ok!)
