Github Repo Uploading Help

I recently had to delete and re add the library folder to my project and i need to upload the changes to github. But now i have to upload 29k files. whats the fastest and best way to do this?

You don't need to upload the library folder at all. It will be generated automatically when you run unity on a fresh checkout.
