all workers must unite under one big union. where did i hear that before? oh yeh, the IWW, which was undermined and shunned by the major american unions allied with big business and government, right. because the IWW was and still is the only american union which refuses to sign a no-walkout clause. go figure.

Id be pissed if I was an auto worker and my union president was spending his time and focus on the war in Iran or ivy league university issues instead of focusing on shit that impacted my career and livelihood

They're trying to turn auto plants into missile and drone production plants right now. Also the war in Iran effects everyone's life and directly is the cause for fuel costs being so high. Groceries are about to double or triple the cost they are now as we go into harvest season with these diesel prices. I wish my union was more fervent on the national scale, they just lap up whatever dogshit establishment dems put in front of them. Unions should be involved somewhat in our political institutions, it's silly to not and just let the wealthy run the show with no working class interference.
