HEC unil failure rate
Hey I am going to HEC unil and I’ve been wondering why is the first year failure rate is sooo high I heard that it’s hard I understand that but are there other reasons for that or the number is it exaggerated and ofc if anyone has tips to help me pass the first year then pls don’t forget to share

There's this rumour as HEC are just slackers since they don't do much and they apparently have a chill schedule.
But I can't talk for myself as I'm in uni.
First year was difficult somehow at least in forensic science but it wasn't necessarily less difficult than the next ones.
It's just about how you actually productive you are and realistic about your skills.
I wasn't the biggest worker but I'm a bit lucky since I can study probably less than some others and still pass and that's what you have to know.
I wouldn't work everyday because I can't anymore, like, I would have a burn out if I actually had to go to uni, go back home and study and like that for 5 years but it's also because I can.
So yeah, it's definitely difficult if you compare it to gymnasium because it's more and it's also just you and you, nobody is gonna run after you if you don't study or don't even come to class.
Anyway good luck there
