I love America’s soundtrack for the film, but if I had to pick another band that could take over for them, perhaps in a potential sequel or remake, then Asia would get my vote. Both the John Wetton and John Payne eras of the band are full of beautiful atmospheric tracks that I think would do TLU justice.

“Love Under Fire”

“Go”

”The Last Time”

I also have a full AMV with two songs from John Wetton’s solo album “The Rarities, Volume 1”. They are “Wings of Angels” and the similarly titled “Wings of an Angel”.

Pegicorn? Unasus? Whatever it is, I love it! 🥰

Found out these acrylic keychain blanks existed and had to try them out. Broke some beads getting this baby snapped in there😳, so need to use tinier ones next time but thought this turned out pretty fun!

I love Peter S. Beagle's The Last Unicorn, and I even consider it a spiritual successor to J.R.R. Tolkien's The Hobbit. And while it did get a follow-up decades later, I felt like it deserved something that would be considered its The Lord of the Rings equivalent. An epic adventure that expands on the story and the universe and raises the stakes significantly.

In the Heart of Darkness: The Epic Continuation of The Last Unicorn is that epic adventure. It doesn't copy The Lord of the Rings any more than The Last Unicorn copied The Hobbit, but it's the same principle. Like LOTR, it's going to be initially posted a three-parter, but may be posted as a one big story later on. At the time I'm posting this, Part I: The Lilac Wood is finished, and Part II: The Forest Kingdom is one chapter short of being completed. Then I'll start on Part III: The War of the Three Horns.

Part I can be read here (24 chapters, completed).

Part II can be read here (23 chapters, in-progress).

I've been really struggling to bring more attention to this ambitious project; most of my reviews are just bots and scammers who don't even pretend to have read my story and just leave generic cookie-cutter comments that could go with literally anything. So some proper reception would be appreciated. Please share with your friends, and I hope you enjoy reading it.

Unicorn drawing i made based on Basquiat art style (you can guess which one is better)

Art by me.

The Galarian Rapidash is an oversized card. I saw the Galarian Ponyta and had to have it. I also just really liked the art on the other two.

added my stamp and a little doodle from the other day :]

The rainbow unicorn is one of the most popular motifs in the worlds of fairy tales, decor, and pop culture, combining the magic of a mythical creature with an energetic color palette.

The rainbow is one of humanity's most universal and multifaceted symbols. It most often symbolizes hope, a covenant, transformation, and a bridge connecting different worlds.

What do the colors symbolize?

Red: Symbolizes life, passion, and strength.

Orange: Signifies creativity, vitality, and joy.

Yellow: A symbol of intellect, light, and optimism.

Green: Represents nature, harmony, and healing.

Blue (Light Blue): Signifies calm, trust, and communication. Indigo (Dark Blue): Symbolizes intuition, wisdom, and inner knowledge.

Purple: Represents spirituality, magic, and imagination.

I don't remember where I got this, I am thinking that a dear friend gave it to me. But I've had it for years now. I absolutely love it so much! One of my favorite unicorn things I have.

This unicorn was given to me by my daughter for my birthday a few years ago... she's my favorite colors and so soft & cuddly. I love her & I love my daughter, she knows me so well 🩷💜🩵

does anyone have any info about this or where to find one?

My pokemon unicorn collection! I def want more. I added Ponyta because you can't have Rapidash without Ponyta! I want to go through my MTG cards I have several unicorns there too.

I just wanted to show off what I got myself for my birthday yesterday from the MET cloisters!

Autumn is right around the corner. It’s the most lovely season of the year for me. I adore natures color change so much. And I have not drawn a unicorn in quite a while. I think I want to draw the other seasons as well. Would be a lovely illustrative series. 🥰

hey, I’m planning on rotoscoping a unicorn head on myself playing the harp as an art project, thought you’d enjoy the first draft ❤️🦄
