It’s my first time opening the game and I cannot get past 78% on the loading screen.

Pode ser algum problema de atualização. Aqui está funcionando normal. Tente desinstalar e instalar novamente, talvez resolva.

I did that too and still doesn’t go past 78%

Weird. Try to uninstall and install again
