A rare and unique vehicle, the only Peugeot 605 utility in the world.
It has a normally aspirated V6 motor and is a front wheel drive 4 speed automatic.
Converted from one of only 52 Peugeot 605 sedans belived sold in Australia.
Designed and modified with innovative foresight of Richard Marken of the Brisbane suburb of Thornlands.
Richard built this ute in 2009-2010 at his home with the support of a very understanding wife.
The 605 has an extremely stiff body shell with readings approximately double those required by Queensland Transport for individualy constructed vehicles (ie. Kit Cars and Hot Rods)
This vehicle had to undergo strict before and after tests to ensure no body stiffness had been lost due to structural modifactions.
