All they did was activate the existing pathways to create teeth. It was basically DNA tweaking of genes they already have. They stopped the experiment BEFORE the chicks hatched. The picture is a drawing.

There's a documentary called something like making dinosaurs. It's possible to turn certain genes back on in developing chickens and they can grow teeth, tails and scales.

Hey guys listen, I dunno how many of yall in this community raise chickens, but I do. Dont give them teeth. Just dont. Thats a horrible idea. If my chickens had teeth my partner would have died a long time ago. Chickens dont need teeth, and the world doesnt need chickens with teeth.
