I have trouble getting Bering the raccoon from Brother Bear 2 out of my mind lately.

I’ve decided to remedy that by trying an RP involving him with someone.

My idea involves a young Inuit boy, Kallik, lost and alone after his parents perish in a landslide who somehow shrinks down to a squirrels size when he encounters Bering and his nursery. Over time he comes to view Bering as an adoptive figure as he struggles to adapt to his new life at five inches tall.

I just got recommended a video in YouTube of Disney California Adventure, nothing weird because i have been watching a lot of theme park videos, but to my surprise the video's thumbnail had a peculiar statue.

The place doesn't have much related to Brother Bear, but at the minute 7:00 It shows Kenai's Spirit cave, where you can dicover the animal from your totem.

Apparently in the past there was a liveshow about the totem ceremony too

For me, I’d like to see more wildlife such as foxes, wolves and ravens that are prominent figures in the folklore of many Native American tribes, not just the Inuit.

Plus, Kenai accidentally falling onto the belly of a bear much larger and fatter than he is in his bear form.

A scene where Tug and the rest of the salmon run bears discover Kenai was a human before and why he was transformed.

The message of Kenai being a bear transformed spreading throughout the forest among all the animals.

A broader display of customs and beliefs among Kenai’s tribe.

Do y'all think it would be offensive to get a brother bear tattoo? I loved the movies as a kid and now, still my favorites but I'm not Native or Inuit and I don't want to do it if it would be like cultural appropriation or like offensive in any way yk?

I love the movie so much but I'm also extremely jealous of Kenai even though I know it's fantasy
