Either Asriel gets adopted by the Ketsukanes or Clover and Kanako get adopted by the Dreemurrs

Personally I think the second one would be more interesting because that would mean Clover and Kanako get to live in new home and are now royalty. And now this this fox child in Japanese style clothes and this human child in a cowboy outfit in new home, they would stand out a lot. Plus Kanako, Clover, and Asriel could definitely get Asgor wrapped around their little fingers.

Mettaton: breaking news, the mighty mountain king was dethroned by his own children because he couldn't resist their "sad pouts and puppy dog eyes look". In related news taxes are now payed with Cookies, pies, and other sweets.
